Haute Kids and Co. was born out of the desire to bring joy to children and adults alike and creating wonderful memories to last a lifetime.

Haute Kids & Co. is a family-owned business that has been providing kids entertainment equipment since 2021. We specialize in providing safe and fun products for children of all ages. Our goal is to create a safe and enjoyable environment for kids to have fun and explore their imagination. We have a wide selection of products for both indoor and outdoor activities. From bouncy castles and ball pits, to soft play sets and slides, Haute Kids & Co. has every item to make your kid's party area an enjoyable and memorable experience.

How long can I rent the bouncy for?

8-10 hours but if you require more time, let us know. We’re flexible and are likely able to accommodate!
How much power do they require?

All bounce houses come with a rubber mat, a blower and a 50ft extension cord that plugs into a regular outlet. Blower requires dedicated outlet in order to prevent circuit breaker from tripping.
Do I have to help set up or clean up?

No, because that’s our job!You just tell us where you want the items and we’ll do the rest.Your job is to have fun!
Are setup, takedown and delivery included in the price?

Setup, takedown and delivery is not is not included in the price.
My event is outdoors. Do I have to cancel if it rains or it’s too windy?

Because safety is paramount, we are unable to setup outdoors if it rains or it’s too windy. As a plan B, we recommend setting up indoors however if that’s not possible, we will reschedule your rental for another day at no additional charge to you.
Do you require a deposit?

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.This can be paid via credit card, e-transfer or cash.
What is your cancelation policy?

There are no cancelations, however you may reschedule within 72 hours of your original event. If you cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice, you forfeit your deposit.
